	PaperChange  -  Version  1.00.0014 This is pretty much just like any other wallpaper changer. It randomly posts a bitmap or jpeg image when your PC boots. Just like the rest. Gives thumbnail previews of each paper which can be expanded to full- screen previews. Also allows you to delete, rename, or recycle the pictures.
