	WebChange for Windows  -  Version  0.99 WebChange is a support tool for web site designers - and is particularly useful to those who prefer to edit their HTML by hand. It allows the designer to effect repetitive changes to a local copy of a web site in one fell swoop, rather than having to make the change on a page by page basis. A version also exists for the RISC OS platform.
