Triage helps technical support people diagnose
problems associated with the installation and
configuration of software applications. It includes
three separate applications. The Triage Wizard allows
you to easily define every aspect of an end user's
computer that is relevant to the software application
being installed, including hardware, file
dependencies, ActiveX controls, and Registry entries.
The Triage Client is a small application to be
packaged with your software product. When a problem is
encountered, Triage Client gathers all the information
previously defined by the Wizard and either saves it
to a file or automatically sends it as an email.
Finally, the Triage Analyzer will help you interpret
the results and pinpoint the problem. Easy to use and
well documented, Triage is designed to be a valuable
tool for developers trying to sort out a wide variety
of installation and configuration problems.
