SPYServ  -  Version  1.0 A rather unique program of its kind. The program uses a ini file that contains a editable list of hosts to ping. The program inputs the data from the file and then pings them all, then it returns data on the fastest host. This program is very useful if you play multi-player games over the net, it can ping all of your favorite servers for the fastest one at the current time.
