Alexsys Team® 2 is a multi-user Team Management System
for Windows and the Web that is an easy and powerful
way to increase team productivity. Team 2 Standard
comes with its own internal database. Team-SQL works
with Microsoft SQL Server versions 6.5, 7.0 and 2000
and with Oracle 8. All versions of Team 2 work on
Windows 95/98/Me and Windows NT/2000/XP.
Alexsys Team 2 lets you track work assignments for all
team members, have on-line up-to-date status, and
increase productivity.
Team can track:

Team is highly customizable and expandable so it can
adapt to your needs. Team is available in a trial
version that supports both standard and SQL versions.
Our Team-Web product lets you access Team from your
web browser over the Internet or Dialup. Our WebEntry
product helps you to support your customers better, by
allowing Work Requests to be entered from the Internet.
Alexsys Team 2 is more robust than ever with new

- Escalations - send email messages or reports to
inform users of important information like Overdue
Requests, Customer Critical Requests that have not
been responded to within 2 hours, all work due within
the next week, and more.
- Multiple Work Request Forms – Create different
forms for your varied tasks. For example, a Help Desk
request can have a different form for a New Feature or
a Defect.
- Integration With Outlook – Work requests can be
viewed and edited via mail hyperlinks.
- More Fields – Twice as many custom fields can be
added -- enough for all of your tasks.
- Knowledge Base – Use our searchable knowledge base
to store documents and access them from your database
or your web site.
- Time Recording – Record time spent on Work Requests
and generate reports.
- Team-Web Table Edit – Administer Lookup Tables
right from the Web, allowing you to add, edit, delete
and archive lookup values.
- Secure Team-Web Control Panel – Use the browser to
restart Team-Web, close and reset connections,
configure connection and session settings, set tracing
and select an active database.
