	NT Shutdown/Restart Utility  -  Version  1.0 A very small but very useful utility allowing the shutdown and restart of an NT 4.0 system. Includes the source code, using InitiateSystemShutdown API. Use in conjunction with AT Scheduler, and have NT auto-restart at a pre-defined time and day.
