XactCopy NT - Workstation  -  Version  3.0 XactCopy makes an identical sector-by-sector copy of a system drive to a backup (DPSR) drive. Backup drives, while in DPSR mode, are not accessible to the operating system. Routine backups are done manually or automatically and typically finish in 1-3 minutes. Two distinctive verify functions ensure data protection. Files, folders and partition restores are handled within XactCopy. In the event of a drive failure, boot the DPSR drive and be back on-line within minutes without the use of floppies or complicated tape restores.
