An average beginners kettlebells workout may include 3-
4 chest exercises and just one back exercise.
Exercising in by doing this results in muscle
unbalances. An over-all guideline would be to include
a minumum of one tugging movement for every pressing
movement. One arm rows, renegade rows, and bent rows,
are excellent kettlebell tugging movement exercises.
Also including some pull-ups and face-ups may be
beneficial, if you possess the equipment available.
