Message Creator creates user defined Windows message boxes, that can have your choice of icon, title and message. A message can also be placed at logon. This does not use the startup folder as most programs of this sort do, but uses a feature already part of Windows. As well as its obvious potential as a joke utility to create fake virus/windows errors, Message Creator could also be used by administrators to leave a note or warning to users of a particular workstation. Also in this version, Message Creator can be disabled so that nobody can tamper with your messages!
