program that can encrypt PDF by Command Line. With
Encrypt PDF Command Line, users can set owner/master
and open/user passwords for PDF to prevent the PDF
files from opening, reading, printing, editing, coping,
changing, etc. Owner/master passwords can protect PDF
from printing, editing, change, and copying. With an
owner password, users can get full access to the PDF.
If printing was disabled, you need to use owner
passwords to print the PDF. No password will be
prompted for when opening the PDF if you secure it with
only an owner password. With an open password, users
can open and read the PDF.
