V-Strand is a visual structural analysis and design program. It is simple enough for high school students with no engineering background, yet provides enough functionality to be useful for structural engineering students. Use 'point and click' to draw and load your structure, view member properties, and redesign! V-Strand is NOT intended for the design of real structures--it does not provide stringent enough design checks to be used or anything other than educational purposes.
