Fesawin is a 3-dimensional,linear elastic, Finite
Element Stress Analysis program to calculate
deformations and internal stresses of a structure due
to externally applied loads or displacements. The
results are visualised by contour plots. The program
is
designed for Desk-top use by civil engineers,
structural designers and concept developers for any
type of engineering or study. The model generation and
analysis set-up is controlled with the graphic
interface. The graphic interface includes all required
functions for pre- and post-processing, e.g. meshing,
copy/paste, mirror, etc.. The library includes axial,
beam bending, membrane and plate bending elements
which
allows modelling of various types of structures.
