TChangeMonitor can watch Microsoft Windows 95's special folders. Among the folders that can be watched are: Desktop, Fonts, Network Neighborhood, Personal, Programs, Recent Documents, SendTo, Start Menu, Startup, Templates and Favorites. An OnChange event is fired when a change occurs in the folders being watched. Changes include renames, creations and deletions of files and folders, last write times, sizes of files, change in attributes, etc.
