As a call is being received, "Call Tracker" checks the Caller ID, searches the Microsoft Outlook contact database and instantly displays the full contact information and notes. "Call Tracker" can open a journal entry enabling the user to take notes while receiving a call. With or without someone answering the phone, "Call Tracker" logs all incoming calls & can speak the number for people with disabilties. Imagine how powerful it would be to have all of your clients (caller) file information in front of you without having to search for it before you even answer the phone! Call Tracker does not interfere with answering machines or voicemessaging systems.
