The Secretariat is the software supporting the work of
secretariat/reception.
With this program you can:
1.Maintain a database of incoming invoices and print
reports of incoming invoices (for signature) for the
period
2.Share information about incoming invoices for users
in different departments
3.Maintain a database of correspondence, both incoming
and outgoing
4.Keep a database of contractors - company phone book
5.Make phone calls directly from the program (via
modem)
6.Record and monitor tasks to accomplish. After
completing the task, use the "Move to the completed"
