The Creator is a complete scenario designer for building pen-and-paper RPG adventures. The demo includes complete tiles for putting together a dungeon map, and an art program that will let you use simple shapes and colors. There is a way to add footnotes. You can open and save maps as bmp files for later use. The full version will have more design capabilities, including mapping (both indoors and out), monsters, treasures, and traps. It will also include an unlimited undo feature, a way to import your own tile sets, random encounters, and some other goodies.
