VMinder - Vehicle Management Software Record expenses, maintenance, fuel use, and trips for any type and any number of vehicles. You can setup a detailed custom maintenance schedule and also add an unlimited number of expense categories to track for each vehicle (fuel, maintenance, oil addition, and repair expense categories are predefined). Non-expense categories that you create allow you to keep track of trips and other uses for each vehicle without the costs for these appearing with the normal expenses. Fuel mileage is calculated and graphed completely automatically. VMinder includes a filtering function, which allows you to constrain your view of the data based on the expense and non-expense categories and/or date or odometer (hourmeter). This function enables you to answer questions about your data. For example: "How much fuel did I use and how much did I spend for it in the last six months? What did I spend for maintenance and repairs last year?" Most of the reports, graphs, and expense analyses are modified by the filtering function and can therefore be customized to suit your needs. VMinder is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer, small fleet owner, or anyone seeking to gain a handle on their vehicles' maintenance and expenses.
