Quinnect is a remote support solution for quick and
secure access to remote computers over the Internet.
You can use Quinnect both for ad hoc remote customer
support and for administering remote workstations and
servers on a 24/7 schedule.
Quinnect consists of the following modules: Viewer,
Agent, Host (optional) and Quinnect Server (optional).
The program allows firewalls and NAT services to be
bypassed. The only thing you need to know to connect
to the remote PC is its ID and access password.
Viewer
The Viewer is an application used by the helpdesk
technician to conduct a remote support session. The
Viewer allows storing and managing the list of remote
computers and connecting to any of them in one of the
15 different connection modes.
Remote Agent
The Agent is a lightweight module that does not
