	DelChar  -  Version  1.02 DelChar has been created for conversion Delphi forms from version 3 to version 1. The program deletes properties: Font.CharSet, TitleFont.Charset, Flat and sets property Scale. DelChar supports different languages. For multi-language benefit has been used MultiLanguage (ML) shareware Delphi component.
