BISTools  -  Version  1.4 BISTools is a trio of graphics programs aimed at Web content developers. Image Show, the strongest of the three tools, is a very competent image editing and creation program with flexible image selection, transparent image composition, a TWAI N interface, zooming, drawing, palette and color editing, image enhancement functions, some screen-capture capabilities, many special effects processing filters, and much more. It handles .tif, .gif, .tga, .jpg, .bmp, .dib, and .pcx files. SlideShow inclu des all the tools necessary to create animated GIF images. SnapView is the suite's screen-capture tool. It can capture a window, client area, or user-defined rectangle; delay capture up to three seconds; and handle the same file formats as Image Show.
