	TFileChange  -  Version  1.0 TFileChange component creates a change notification system. It fires an event if the specified directory (or any of its subdirectory) contents have changed (files created, modified, deleted, attributes changed, security-descriptor changed). T he component runs in its own thread, so change notification event occurs asynchronously.
