concept of an Excel Invoice Template we built a
complete small business solution around it in one,
simple to use Excel workbook. Simply enter your
Customers on one sheet, along with their Payment
Terms, Sales Rep and address information. Then, on the
Item sheet create any type of Service or Material
Item, enter the description Sales Price, Item Costs
and taxable status.
Once this information has been entered, you never have
to type it in again, as all information is kept in the
tables. Invoices can be created in seconds, by simply
selecting from a drop down list of Customers. Once a
customer has been selected, all Address, Payment
Terms, Due Date, and Sales Rep are automatically
filled in under the appropriate boxes. Entering Items
is even simpler. Select an item from the drop down
