SharePoint List Filter Favorites make it more
convenient to create and save filtered views by adding
filtered views to Filter Favorite submenu. You can
also delete it or rename it. Then you can load and use
the filtered views as SharePoint views.
SharePoint List Filter Favorites provides an easy way
to save and load filter list configuration based on
SharePoint list View. This free SharePoint list web
part integrates all operations in the view dropdown
menu. The Filtered View can be saved in Filter
Favorites, so that you can treat the SharePoint filter
list view as common SharePoint list view. Filtered
List View can also be renamed or deleted, which is
supported in Organize Favorite Filters menu.
You can save filter configuration as private
SharePoint filter list view which can only be viewed
by yourself, or as public one which can be viewed by
all the people who have authority to access it. Only
the filter configuration based on public views can be
saved as public filter. The filters will be
automatically deleted if the list views, which the
filters are based on, do not exist.
SharePoint provides a quick way to filter information
in list views, but filter settings cannot be saved so
you may have to repeat filter settings to get same
SharePoint filter list. As creating a view with that
condition is so inconvenient and may give birth to a
large amount of views, with SharePoint List Filter
Favorites web part, you can easily save the filters
without configure conditions like creating a view.
