ARTS PDF Workshop is designed to help you manage
your PDFs. It collates the document and file info of
your PDFs - title, subject, keywords, pages...- into a
spreadsheet to simplify managing lots of PDFs. This
excellent PDF management program also allows you to
perform operations in a batch mode - printing,
merging, copying and document info updating - all from
your Excel spreadsheet. PDF workflow made easy!
PDF Workshop utilises a set of Excel macros that
have powerful tools with a user-friendly interface you
need to retrieve, manipulate, and print PDF
information quickly and easily. PDF Workshop performs
an audit of the folder/s you select, instantly
creating a ready-made spreadsheet of your PDF files.
This lets you manage and control your PDF files with
greater efficiency and surety. It also lets you
exploit the powerful search, replace, sort and filter
tools of Excel to better organise your PDF
database.
Limitations of Evaluation
Version
A limit of 10 files can be processed at a time
using the evaluation version of ARTS PDF Workshop.
There is a 30-day evaluation period built-in to the
software.
