FloatBar  -  Version  1.0 A Delphi component which implements rectangular TGraphicControl descendant with behaviour of sizeable form. Source code should be compatible for versions 2, 3, 4 and 5, but has been tested and compiled in version 5. May be that it can be used in version 1. Source code can be easily modified to implement MDI Apps with more then one MDIForm, if you doesn't require forms for MDI Apps.
