Express Assist  -  Version  5.0 Express Assist is a simple, 1-step data backup and restore utility for Outlook Express users. The user may easily save all or selected mail folders, news group information, the windows address book, and internet explorer favorites. The messages and other data are saved in a compressed, zip comatible, archive file. The archive may me resotred to the same machine, or used to transfer message folders and other data (e.g., address book) between machines.
