AnnoPlan v5.2 is a general purpose rostering program.
Use it to plan staff holidays, production schedules, hotel room bookings or club activities. Best
described as a Spreadsheet, with a Calendar at it's head, you may quickly enter names in the left-most column.
Date-columns may be varied in width. You might want to view up to 16 weeks on -screen, with only room to mark
one character per cell (ie: H for Holiday), or drag the columns apart and enter a long string of text to act as a
reminder. The View maybe be switched between 7 Day & 5 Day-week mode. Data entered is saved immediately
to disk - even if you have jumped ahead to the year 2097 or back to 1929. Date-cells maybe counted or values
added, for any specified date- range. This allows you to calculate holidays taken or Rooms in use. Fully featured,
the program includes on-line context-sensitive Help. Print-outs are ideal for sticking on Notice Boards. With the
Registered version, enter as many names as you like. Simple - Powerful - Just does Rostering well. Requires
