the industry standard Session Initiation Protocol
(SIP). Data Phone integrates phone functionality with
MS SQL databases or Windows Azure cloud services,
allowing you to easily interface telephony functions
into your other systems.
To get started:
Download Data Phone
Enter account information
Make a call.
Fully Data-Aware:
See who is calling, not only phone number, before you
pick up;
Pull data simultaneously from different tables and
create appropriate caller profile;
Make call history part of the existing system;
Have caller history at your fingertips (account
information, outstanding invoices etc.);
