Automatic Program Loader  -  Version  1.97.9856 This utility runs the programs that are selected when Windows starts without making Windows busy enough. This is a very useful utility for people with slow machines who would want to load programs at startup while keeping Windows busy. This feature is done by waiting for sometime before loading the programs thus letting Windows startup to be finished before trying to do anything.
