This version has had a major upgrade and face lift
over the previous product. Enhanced functionality and
graphic design has now made it even easier to use and
install. The Enterprise Staff Indicator helps you
track and keep in touch with your staff. Your staff
will spend minimal time changing their status through
the use of pre-defined 'quick set notes' to mark them
as 'In a meeting', 'At lunch', 'Gone home' or 'Do not
disturb' as well as simply 'In' or 'Out'. When someone
is marked as out check to see if they are available on
their mobile phone - their number is displayed for
convenience. Includes messaging facilities to send
office memos and a quick to use phone message wizard.
