The Java-based EMPS j-Pub "Publisher" will import multiple HTML and graphic files and combine them into a single Edocument. It can then be Emailed to reviewers who will use the freeware EMPS j-Pub "Editor" to add their opinions of corrections, changes, modifications, etc. by using commentary tools (Notations %26 Quick Notes). The underlying text and graphics cannot be modified or changed. Once saved, all commentary becomes permanently part of the Edocument. When returned back to the originator, commentary can be copied out of the Notations %26 Quick Notes windows and inserted into the original files. This is a Beta version and comments, opinions and suggestions are solicited. Downloadable versions are available for Macintosh, UNIX and Pure Java Platforms at www.arma-services.com.
