Switcher  -  Version  2.11 Switcher 2.11 is an application designed to change the desktop wallpaper at timed intervals. The program con use BMP and JPG files and has context-sensitive help. The user can select if the program changes the wallpaper only once at Windows startup, at fixed intervals or at random intervals (between a minimun and a maximum). This application can be automatically started with Windows or by the user in a time by time base. It also makes the background of the icons's text ransparent so the wallpaper looks nicer.
