An easy to use wallpapers and startup/shut down screens changer for Windows 95/98. It can change wallpapers when Windows starts, or every some minutes. You can specify how the wallpapers display on your desktop, such as center, tile and stretch (Windows 98 only). You can also display a JPEG and GIF file as a wallpaper without Active Desktop. DeskChange can also change your startup, waiting and shut down screens when Windows starts. You can preview your wallpapers and your startup/shut down screens when you are adding them to your lists.
