PowerCat is a fast and easy to use cataloging tool.
Use it to create a database and catalog CDs,
diskettes, hard drives, etc. It looks like the
explorer, so there is almost no learning curve. It can
search all cataloged drives in one operation to find
folders, files, and even files contained within zip
files on your system. Searches are very fast, and
unlike most comprehensive search utilities this works
exactly like explorers only it includes duplicates. It
will also direct you to exactly where a particular
file is. It can launch programs, and even prompt you
for the correct diskette, CD, Zip, etc You can also
enter a description for any file or folder that you
want. Output includes Text, Tab delimited, Semicolon
delimited, Comma delimited, and HTML document.
