Setup BUGFIXED and required .dll included! Desc: 3DCC98 allows you to change the color of any window's element (just like Control Panel's Desktop Properties), but you can also manipulate the colors of 3D frames shadows and so on. Windows98 specific colors (gradients etc.) are fully supported. There is also a scheme load/save support and examples included. This is a must-have for UI tweakers. Tip: If you want to make your Windows more flat you should use light colors for '3D Dark Shadow' and 'Focused Object Frame'. It workz. It's cool. It rulez. BTW, It's the final version.
