Talking Clock Deluxe is a desktop clock that makes use of two Microsoft Agent characters of your choice, to announce the time and to act out various expressions relating to the clock. The characters individual sound effects can be turned on or off from the 'Main Options'. The time can be automatically announced at any frequency between every minute and every hour, or on demand by double-clicking the clock. Two independent alarms may be set, each of which can launch a program and announce a customized message. If you want Talking Clock Deluxe to stay quiet, then you can set a quiet time (such as overnight) when the characters will Whisper. If you have kids, they'll get a kick out of the "Type and Speak" feature, where either character will voice whatever you enter into the window. You also get a Times Tables teacher which the kids will love to learn with. You can choose between 12 and 24 hour time format.
