A lightweight shell extension that enables you to add descriptions, personal notes, or any text you'd like to any and all files and folders on your computer. It's attractive and very easy to use. Once it's installed, a new menu item, "Describe," is available from Explorer's right- click context menus. Select the new item to add and view your notes. Web Style Describer even enables you to add notations to files on CD-ROMs and other read-only media. The unregistered version is not able to form a file descriptions of any length.
