	Paranoid  -  Version  1.4 Paranoid restricts access to files or folders under Windows 98, with options for password protection and adding notes to restricted items. There is a built in file viewer/player that supports text, HTML, GIF, JPG, WAV & AU files. There is a "lite" version for Win95 at the web page.
