Lets you change those boring icons on the start menu, and it'll let you change just about every other significient icon on your machine as well, like the drive icons, and most file icons (TXT,HTML,BMP,etc etc). Switcher allows you to use regular old icon files, as well as grab icons from Icon Collections, Dynamic Link Libraries (DLL) and whatever applications you might have on your system. (You've probably got a couple of those floating around)
