include a Radius solution into their applications (VB, ASP, VC++, J++). Using the Radius protocol over a TCP/IP connection, VOPCOM can authenticate users and generate accounting information in conjunction with a Radius server. Currently, the VOPCOM Radius client works with the Vircom WorldGroup Radius server (WG Radius), the Vircom VOP Radius server (VOP Radius) and almost all other Radius servers compliant to RFC 2138 & 2139. The VOPCOM client object was created in VC++ using ATL (Active Template Library) from Microsoft. It allows you to create, send and retrieve the result codes for different Radius requests. The VOPCOM’s functionality is identical to that of a NAS/RAS (Terminal Servers) when requesting authentication or accounting of dial-up users. Works with Visual Basic, ASP Pages, Visual C++ and Java++, as well as any other languages supporting ActiveX/COM objects (Win32 Environment).
