VScope  -  Version  1.00 VScope is a software vectorscope/waveform analyzer and video test pattern image generator that provides basic video measurement capabilities for a video capture/playback card in a PC equipped with a Video for Windows compliant video capture/playback hardware. VScope has been produced specifically to work with standard Video For Windows compliant capture drivers and with any video capture/playback card that provides standard Video for Windows drivers. VScope can be used to measure and calibrate the video decoder and encoder on a video capture/playback card as well as for generating video test patterns for adjusting/calibrating other video equipment.
