C'S Wizard Icon is tool useful for viewing, creating, and editing a variety of file formats such as ICO, BMP, WMF, GIF, EXE, DLL, and ICL. It includes tools for pulling (freeform caresses, lines, rectangles, and circles), filling, moving, rotating, painting with any color, and a zoom command that allows you to edit each pixel of the icon. You can see increased and decreased current size versions of the icon with that you are working. The editor allows to use it Preview Background, also can scan all disks in your PC for icons in *.DLL, *.EXE, *.ICO, *.ICL and *.BMP files.
