WriteThat.name for Outlook automates your Outlook
address book:
We detect contact details in your incoming emails
signatures, register new contacts that do not already
exist, or update new details of contacts that you
already have - right in your address book!
You are in full control over the process:
- Decide whether you prefer to enrich your main
address book or create a new one.
- You can visualize each new or updated contact in the
WriteThat.name pane.
Save valuable time as the signatures of your incoming
emails are recognized, and automatically saved to your
Outlook address book. You will never again have to
manually register new contacts or worry about missing
a change in your contacts' info (new phone number, new
job, new Linkedin account...).
