Apartment Professional is an easy to use, state of the art, apartment tracking and analysis system. With Apartment Professional, you can input properties, track information about properties such as rents, ownership and sales, and analyze any group of the properties. Apartment Professional works in conjunction with ACT! to provide for true linking between your properties and contacts. It is designed for apartment brokers, mortgage brokers, appraisers, owners, REITS, developers, financial institutions, managers, etc. Basically, anyone who works with apartments. Apatment Professional requires either Microsoft Access 97 or the Microsoft Access 97 runtime. The runtime can be obtained at http://www.databasesolutions.net/download\runtime.exe. Access must be installed before installing Apartment Professional.
