ACCOUNTS CONTROLLER. Accounts Controller Professional
is a demo accounts package. It is fully functional,
and has the capacity to be used by multi-users and
multi-companies. The package incorporates all the
important accounting elements, such as
sales/purchase/nominal ledgers, and also supports
stock control and sales purchase ordering. The
software will produce invoices, and automatically up-
date the ledgers. There is no limit set on the amount
of customer records or supplier records, that can be
stored. The software creates a variety of reports,
such examples include: invoices outstanding,
statements, audit trails, debtors/creditors lists,
nominal transactions, trial balance, journal lists,
etc. The program is user friendly, and navigation is
achieved through a menu driven interface. Every
available option is accompanied by an advice line, so
as to futher aid navigation and understanding. The
program can accomadate year 2000 operation, and is the
type of package that would particularly suit a
small/medium sized business.
