A free tool to split pst files and archive Outlook
data automatically even if Microsoft Outlook is
closed. Split Microsoft Outlook data file to multiple
PST files. Split PST files according to selected
criteria and filters using PST Splitter Pro Edition.
Choose a suitable splitting option whether to move or
copy Outlook data to a new PST file. Move data from
the existing PST file to a new one, or copy data and
keep it in both files.
The PST Splitter Free version is more advanced than
the default Microsoft Outlook AutoArchive feature. The
difference is - using AutoArchive, Outlook must be
open in order to run the archiving process. With PST
Splitter, the files will be archived according to a
schedule regardless of whether Microsoft Outlook is
running or closed.
Auto organize Outlook data by splitting the large PST
file into smaller files and move them to separate
Archive files available within Outlook. Reduce the
size of your PST file, avoid reaching 2GB limitation
