Call Manager is contact management database software that maintains contact records on customers. It screens incoming phone calls, notifies you of the caller ID and automatically locates and displays the record for the incoming caller. Customer records contain fields designed to help with effective future marketing and predicting sales targets. Each of the customer records contains a contact table where details of each call is entered along with a date stamp. Enter From-To dates to display all records that require a call-back for that period, Call Manager can also auto dial the telephone number of the selected record for you. Many fields are available for instant search or lookup of records. You can also apply powerful filters to the database using any combination of fields and conditions to display records that match specific criteria. E.g. To display sales leads with a 75 r greater chance of ordering by a certain date. Reports can be run to help with sales forecasting, mailing labels can also be produced using the selection criteria. Report Generators like Crystal Reports can be utilised to produce custom reports, or word processors like Microsoft Word can be used to import data direct into mail-merge letters.
