Proposal and Contract Template

The contract and proposal template is created based on
the default invoice template shipped with Uniform
Invoice Software, yet the two templates have very
different form layout. The default invoice template
includes 5 columns, this proposal and contract
template has only one. There are 16 lines on the
invoice body, where you can enter the details of the
building service you offer.
If you think this template meets your business
requirements closely, here are the customizations that
should be done before you can create your first
contract, proposal or invoice using this template.
First, you should unprotect the Invoice worksheet if
it is protected. And then, enter your company name on
the top of the form to replace the
default 'Construction Company Name' label. Next,
review the other text labels on the form and fill in
the details about your business, such as license
number, your contact information, office and cell
phone number etc. Lastly, there are also fields you
should review and change on the bottom of form, which
are identified by the placeholder text "your text
here").
The template is designed to be printable on standard
A4 paper. The options can be set on Excel Page Setup
dialog box, including margins, scaling, paper size,
print quality, page header and footer. Note that if
you change paper orientation or paper size, you should
adjust the size and location of cells too.
