Socrat CE  -  Version  1.0 English<>Russian translator Socrat CE is a program accessed via the Windows CE taskbar. It translates pieces of text (max 64 kB) from Russian to English and English to Russian from the Clipboard, as well as Help-files. Base dictionary of Socrat CE keeps near 125 000 dictionary entries. To work with this program is easy. After loading the program, its icon appears. Double-click the icon or use of the hot key combination and the Clipboard content will be translated. Even if you know English or Russian languages rather good, Socrat CE will help you in translating the most difficult words or expressions.
