It is useful in tracking real time use of the keyboard and mouse in all applications on Win95,98,NT and 2000. RSIMon watches for extended periods of activity and automatically warns the user to take periodic breaks. The included online help file contains notes on posture, equipment setup, and stretching that will help in preventing RSI.
